How it works

How DigiiHub works

DigiiHub is where your program lives. The sessions happen in the room; everything they produce lives here, and at the end the whole story is yours to keep.

Two sides, and how they connect

One person builds and runs the program. Everyone else goes through it. Each row is one real thing that travels between them.

  1. FacilitatorYou publish your hub.
ParticipantYour people can open it. Until then, only you can see any of it.
  2. FacilitatorYou post a session.
ParticipantIt appears on their schedule, with the date, the time, and the place.
  3. FacilitatorYou invite someone by email.
ParticipantThey arrive with a place already set: their group, their role, their name.
  4. FacilitatorYou share a resource.
ParticipantIt waits in their Resources room, for members only.
  5. FacilitatorYou see that they finished, never their words. The workbook is theirs.
    ParticipantThey write in their workbook.
  6. FacilitatorYou take attendance after a session.
ParticipantThe record keeps what happened, as fact. Nobody is scored.

In DigiiHub, and elsewhere

The program is real life. DigiiHub is its home and its record. Here is where the line sits.

Lives in DigiiHub

  • Your hub, schedule, and session pages
  • Workbooks, private to each writer
  • Discussion, resources, the member directory
  • Attendance, the roster, exports
  • The permanent archive when a season ends

Happens elsewhere

  • The sessions themselves, in the room, wherever your program meets
  • Surveys, which open as outside forms; DigiiHub keeps who completed them
  • Invitations, which arrive by email
  • The conversations that make a cohort a cohort

The rhythm of running a program

For the person running it. If you are going through a program, your rhythm is simply your schedule.

  1. Before a session

In the app: post it, share the materials.

  2. During

In the room: run it. The app can wait.

  3. After

In the app: take attendance, share the survey link.

  4. Season's end

In the app: conclude, export, keep the archive.

What it all adds up to

When the season ends

You walk away with the whole story.

  • Your full roster and every contact
  • Every export: who came, what was completed, on paper you own
  • The attendance record of what actually happened
  • A permanent archive hub your people can return to
  • And a real sense of what worked, for the next season
