Refund policy

DigiiHub is a recurring subscription, not a one-time purchase. Once you subscribe, you are billed at the start of each billing period through our payment provider, Stripe, and the subscription renews each period until canceled.

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is collected, you are not charged during the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. To keep your hub live after the trial, you choose a plan and subscribe.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription, and access to the product, continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancellation stops future charges rather than reversing past ones: partial billing periods are not automatically refunded, and you keep access through the period you paid for. If a charge looks wrong, contact support and we will look at it with you.

When a subscription ends, access to DigiiHub ends at the close of the paid period. Cancelling does not by itself delete your stored data. See the privacy policy for how data is stored and retained.
