Terms of service

These terms govern your use of DigiiHub, operated by The Legacy League Creative, LLC dba Chronicle House. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use DigiiHub for an organization, you agree on that organization’s behalf.

DigiiHub is a hosted platform for running programs: managing organizations, programs, groups, sessions, speakers, and public program hubs. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Administrators may invite additional administrators or collaborators, subject to the limits of their subscription tier.

DigiiHub is offered on recurring subscription tiers billed through our payment provider, Stripe. New accounts start with a free trial that does not require a payment card, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends: to keep your hub live, you choose a plan and subscribe. Once you subscribe, the subscription renews each billing period until canceled.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Current prices, trial length, and plan limits are stated on the pricing page.

Your organization owns the data it enters and is responsible for having the right to collect and use any participant information it adds to DigiiHub, and for complying with laws that apply to that data. Chronicle House stores and processes that data on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access another organization’s data, and no use that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

DigiiHub, its software, and its branding are owned by Chronicle House. You retain ownership of the content your organization creates. Using the service does not transfer our intellectual property to you.

You may stop using DigiiHub at any time by canceling your subscription. When a subscription ends, access to the product ends at the close of the paid period. Cancelling does not by itself delete your organization’s stored data. See the privacy policy for how data is stored and retained.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
