Sessions

A working session, not a lecture. You will bring a real opportunity you are chasing and leave with a draft narrative and a budget that hold together. We write in short blocks, trade drafts with one other person, and spend the afternoon cutting the words that make a proposal sound like everyone else. Lunch is provided so we can keep working through it.

The last night. Each of us presents the program we came in with and where it stands now, in six minutes, to the whole cohort and a few invited guests. This is not a pitch competition, it is the group seeing how far everyone moved. We close with dinner and a look at how we keep this cohort going after the fellowship ends.
